Question:
Does anyone have advice as how to handle lots of dogs barking during the day?
I live in an apartment where we can have pets, but lately it seems to be getting out of hand.
Most of the owners are not home I've noticed.
I'm thinking one dog can get the others all started?
Maybe they are excited about a new arrival?

If it's really bad, call animal control anonymously. We had to do this because our neighbors dog was left outside ALL day long and early in the morning, and it just barked. After having animal control at their door, they let the dog out a few times a day and usually let it in if it starts barking.

It is tough either way because, you want someone to shut them up, but being in a apartment they will probably know it is you having the problem and make your life hell.
